Hotel Villa Vecchia is the Conference hotel.
It is located on the boundaries of the Villa Mondragone's garden park,
i.e. at park-walk distance from the Conference site.
The hotel owns an 8-seats shuttle bus that can drop for free attendees,
who should need, to the conference site, and vice versa.
The hotel has 90 double rooms and we have a limited batch of rooms optioned for PROFES08 attendees.
June is a very high demand season; facilities in the Roman Hills are requested
for meetings, vacation, and ceremonies. You are kindly invited to place
hotel reservation as soon as possible.
Hard deadline for reservation at the conference
hotel is 29 February 2008.
Double room rates for Profes08 attendees are Euro 115,00 per night single use,
and Euro 140,00 per night two people. Breakfast is included. In order to get room,
dowload and fill in the Profes08 Hotel Reservation Form (see the top of this page).
In oder to be in time with hotel reservation, we
kindly invite you to send ASAP the Hotel Villa Vecchia Booking Dept. with your request.
Following 29 February 2008, we cannot assure room availability; however, it will be kept
the University of Rome Tor Vergata visitors' hotel rate for room in the UoRMTV lot, if any available.
Please note that, in case of overbooking, late reservers will have to check for room
at hotels in Grottaferrata or downtown Frascati, apx. 3.5 miles distance from the Conference site, or nearby the
University Campus, on the Rome's beltway, apx. 8 miles distance from Villa Mondragone.
Commuting would be on personal charge.
